In small groups, guests will experience a day full of action and fun while creativity and expertise are bolstered. Many different exercises are waiting for the guests including riding and navigating an inflatable boat, raft building, abseiling and canyoning - all of these activities are within the group's control! Equipped with a compass, a list of tasks and a map of the island the team will experience an unforgettable day.
Navigation Xtreme requires strong commitment & Teamwork
In several instances throughout the game, each team member can contribute with their individual skills to complete the different tasks of the Navigation Xtreme Challenge. The aim of the team-building is to strengthen the team spirit and communication with each other by allowing participants to develop a solution for a complicated situation. The team will learn a lot about each other and themselves by coming together with friends, colleagues or family members during an unusual situation in some of the most beautiful places on Mallorca.
The demanding tasks of the Navigation Xtreme Challenge require the fullest commitment of each and every participant - at the same time, no one shall be pushed beyond their limits. Depending on the individual ideas and wishes of every client, the Navigation Xtreme Team Building Activity will be organised with an emphasis on sports, logic skills or on the fun factor of the game. Thanks to our flexible and experienced guides, every Navigation Xtreme Team Building Challenge can be individually planned and put into action.
Further activities to combine with Navigation Xtreme
To round off the day, there are many more highlights to take part in after the Navigation Xtreme activity. To extend the challenge the teams can e.g. continue with watersports Olympics right after the Navigation Xtreme challenge to keep the competition running. Alternatively the activity can be combined with an exclusive helicopter flight to discover the island from above.
