During her almost ten years working with some of Brazil's most prestigious communication agencies, Giovanna gained valuable experience in areas such as PR, fashion events and celebrity endorsements management. In 2015 Giovanna moved to England, where she ventured into a new career in the luxury travel industry.

However, her Brazilian roots called her towards the warm sun and blue waters, so in 2020 she and her husband made Mallorca their new home. Giovanna continued to work with High-Net-Worth Individuals further developing her skills in client relationship management, investing a higher level of personalized attention and care towards customers, always emphasizing a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 

Giovanna is a mother of a bubbly daughter and has lost no time in exploring the island of Mallorca as she is thrilled by discovering new beaches, restaurants and meeting new people.
