Philipp Baier – Founder & Chairman of LifeXperiences
Together with his wife, journalist and author Line Hadsbjerg, Philipp founded LifeXperiences SL in 2005, laying the foundation for what has become one of the leading Destination Management Companies in the Balearic Islands.
Over the past two decades, LifeXperiences has grown organically while staying true to its core philosophy: crafting extraordinary, high-quality experiences with lasting impact.
As Chairman and Strategic Partner, Philipp remains closely involved in guiding the company’s vision, investments, and international expansion. Following the strategic partnership with TOURVEST in 2025, Philipp continues to play a key role in shaping the future of the business — with a focus on sustainable growth, innovation, and impact-driven travel.
Philipp is deeply committed to responsible tourism. His leadership has helped shape a portfolio that offers meaningful, tailor-made events and travel experiences that connect guests with the local culture, environment, and communities — always with the goal of generating positive impact.
Beyond LifeXperiences, Philipp is Co-Founder and Board Member of the Cleanwave Foundation, an NGO dedicated to environmental protection, eco-emotional education, and regenerative projects across the Mediterranean. LifeXperiences actively supports the foundation through the “1% for the Med” initiative.
Philipp is fluent in German, English, and Spanish, and divides his time between his family, international business ventures, and his deep love for the outdoors.
