The group is invited to go on a journey through Mallorca’s culinary highlights, discovering the island with all senses right from the living room! Together with a local expert the group will actively participate in a tailor-made workshop online. Before the virtual journey begins, a package with all the corresponding local products will be delivered right home. All the participants need is a mobile device (laptop, tablet or phone). Bringing the Spanish cuisine home

Doing a professional cooking class is one thing, but replicating the same dish later at home never seems that easy. One is missing some equipment and another's memory just proves not to last too long. This virtual cooking workshop is the perfect opportunity for the ones who would like to test their skills in their own kitchen with all the necessary equipment, which will be sent to their home together with a shopping list for the fresh ingredients to be added. Together with a local chef, participants will prepare one of the most famous Spanish dishes. With live support from the chef, step by step participants will be introduced to the preparation and secrets of the traditional Spanish paella. While the paella is simmering, participants will use the time to learn how to prepare the most typical Spanish dip that's often served in combination with the paella: the famous aioli. Aioli is a sauce made of garlic, salt, and olive oil, which is a must-have for every Spanish dinner. Sounds quite simple, but one will be suprised by the different results. When the paella is ready to be served, the virtual dining room is opened for everyone to enjoy the meal together.
