Stéphanie Matysiak

Stéphanie is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager in our MICE department. Having lived in Mallorca and worked with LifeXperiences for many years, she brings extensive local knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to create exclusive and memorable events for our clients.

With her solid background in the tourism industry, Stéphanie combines exceptional attention to detail with the ability to keep sight of the bigger picture. She not only brings our clients’ ideas and wishes to life but also ensures that every event, activity and logistical element runs smoothly from start to finish.

Her organisational expertise extends beyond event management. Stéphanie also oversees our HR department, including candidate screening, recruitment, onboarding and employee training, as well as the implementation and coordination of internal HR processes.

In addition, she is responsible for coordinating the company’s digital systems and workflows, helping to ensure efficient processes across the organisation.

Stéphanie is fluent in French, German, English and Spanish and also speaks Catalán — a remarkable skill and a valuable asset when working with our international clientele.
