Born in Madrid to a multicultural family, Juan embodies a global perspective shaped by diverse experiences and having lived in Spain, Thailand, UK, the USA, and the Middle East. Equipped with a degree in Business Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, Juan possesses a strong academic foundation to complement his extensive professional experience. With over twelve years of expertise in the luxury airline industry, he honed his skills in training & development, and customer service excellence while catering to VVIP clients. 

After returning to Spain at the end of 2020, he embarked on a new adventure in Mallorca, returning to his family roots, where he further expanded his capabilities in careful project management in the MICE and luxury travel sectors and currently spearheads further development of our offerings in Ibiza and Menorca.
